Beautiful clean property, beds were so comfortable and Damien and Mark were so helpful couldn’t recommend enough, we even booked out next visit before we’d left

Me and my husband and 13 year old son LOVED this hotel!! It was spotless, so well decorated, had a gorgeous feel to it. The room was modern and spotless also. The bar was lovely. The breakfast was plentiful and perfectly cooked! But the owners are what makes it so fabulous. Damien went above and beyond to meet our needs and was friendly and hilarious. There is literally no chance I would book anywhere else in Blackpool from now on.

The staff are absolutely brilliant. Never have I met anyone as nice as Damian. Also the rooms are the cleanest we have ever stayed in, the beds were soo cosy, the whole hotel were extremely clean & smelt very clean and fresh. I will never go to another hotel in Blackpool again! We felt so welcome, even the kids loved it & said how nice the owners were! Thank you for the best night.

It was spotlessly clean. Mark and Damian really friendly. Breakfast really good and could be customised to what you liked.

We liked everything.

The hosts were chatty and very friendly nothing was too much trouble. The whole place was spotless, modern and stylish and smelt amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The bar downstairs was very cosy and reasonably priced. The overall experience was fabulous and we will return.

Great location, all the amenities you could think of and more, the included breakfast was plentiful. Damian was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. Despite our skepticism, the room turned out to be extremely luxurious for the price. You can tell a lot of time and love has been invested. Super clean, to the point we couldn't even find a speck of dust. All in all, a top tier accomodation. 10/10

Friendly, welcoming hosts. Damian was such a chatty guy, loved talking to him. The breakfast was superb! If Mark ran a cafe near us we'd be there every Sunday for that full English. Our room was spotless, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Would recommend this hotel 100%.

Damian and Mark were perfect hosts,very helpful nothing was too much trouble, rooms were very clean and well kept.breakfast was fantastic,and couldn't fault the bar staff lol.have already recommended to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we get chance. Parking was available on the street if you were lucky enough to get a space,but there was a decent public carpark by the church around the corner, which was fairly priced and just a short walk away.

Great location only 10 minutes walk from Blackpool south station, lovely warm modern room, great sea views. Breakfast was excellent, not only full English which was lovely and not greasy at all but fruit juice,cereals,toast and jams and refills on your coffee and tea.
